Dear Gantry users,

Some might have encountered this slightly ugly problem where the normal menu is briefly shown on mobile in Gantry. What happens is that it loads the normal menu and then adds the styling that removes it. This results in having it briefly shown on mobile viewports.

The below tutorial should get rid of that small ugly effect:

1. Open your template and go to `Base Outline`
2. Add here a asset or atom.
3. Depending on what you have chosen you fill in the correct css & js.
4. Use the below codes inside the css & js fields.

CSS:

@media (max-width: 767px) {
  body.js nav {
       display:none;
       visibility: hidden;
   }
}

JS (Joomla):

jQuery(document).ready(function(){
  document.getElementsByTagName('body')[0].className+=' js'
});

JS (Wordpress):

$(document).ready(function(){
  document.getElementsByTagName('body')[0].className+=' js'
});
